Attention Highlander Families
Please be reminded that all forms are due May 1st. If you are unable to obtain your child’s annual check-up before May 1st because of insurance restrictions, please send the form as soon as it is feasible.
Please partner with us as we go PAPER FREE this year. Each paper form has a unique bar code and when uploaded or faxed, is inserted directly into your campers FORMS DASHBOARD.
PLEASE DO NOT EMAIL THE FORMS AS ATTACHMENTS or SNAIL MAIL THE FORMS. We are unable to process forms that are emailed as attachments or mailed. If you do not have a fax machine, please go to your local library or office supply store to fax the forms. PLEASE FAX THE FORMS TO: 828-891-1960.
Please log onto the Camp Highlander website with your username and password to complete the required forms for your camper.
Here are the directions for accessing the forms:
Go to Camp Highlander. In the RED BOX type your email address and the password you previously established. If you have forgotten your password, click We Can Help You Out to retrieve your password. The required camper forms will be located under the Forms Dashboard. You will have access to your camper’s store account, view summer photos and pay your balance from this area also.
Please visit the PREPARING FOR CAMP section of the Highlander website to access information to prepare for the best summer ever! You will also find policy updates, information on travel, luggage, and much more. Download the checklist from the FORMS section and keep track of your progress as you prepare for camp.
Please fill each section of the Medical Treatment & Prescription Authorization Form including your credit card information. We are unable to access your credit card number from our financial records in the event your child needs medical care or a prescription.
